This week was a great one; I tried 2 new obstacles and dominated them both.
Above, trampoline to hanging cones.
Above, Ring lache to double hanging nun chuck to single hanging nun chuck to hanging rope to hanging ball.
Each of these obstacles stresses the usage of grip and upper body strength (as always). Gotta love Sam Sann's concoctions! Always tough! I definitely have some bigger goals in the gym and as American Ninja Warrior Season 7 approaches quick, it's time to get to work, like 7 days a week work!!! Let's do this!!
