The 30 Day Bikini Challenge is Here! Day 1

Day 1 is finally here, and I hope you are all as pumped as I am!!! Each week will consist of 5-6 days of workouts, a fun challenge that you decide to implement into your workout, and a change you make in your diet to help you achieve your goals!! Each week I will use my personal fun fitness challenge and diet change as an example to you, feel free to change it up!!! Remember to upload your progress, food, or fun fitness challenge to Instagram #allthingsfitandfancy
Here is today's workout:

* For an added challenge, superset each exercise with 8-10 pushups
Fun fitness challenge: Week 1
For week one, I am implementing a spin class during the weekend!
Diet: Week 1
For week one, I take out my lunch time cookie, that I love so dearly!
Remember, this is a CHALLENGE!!! Each week will get tougher and each thing you remove/change from your diet will stay that way until the 30 days is up!!! YOU'VE GOT THIS!!! #nopain #nogain
