Bikini Challenge: Day 2

DO 3 SETS OF 12 FOR THE ABOVE LEG EXCERCISES!!!!
I hope day 1 wasn't too tough for you! Remember, a challenge is all about dedication and strength. Workout even when you don’t want to, I promise, you'll be glad you did. Did you know that the best way to get rid of stress is through a good workout!?! It also takes approximately 10 days to form a routine and make it a habit. KEEP PUSHING, YOU'VE GOT THIS!!!!
For those of you who asked, I am not a morning person by any means, but I push myself to work out before work, this means once my workday is over I can go home and enjoy cooking with my hunny or relax and watch my shows. It has been quite a process to get used to these early mornings but I've made it easy on myself by doing the following:
The night before:
1. I set an alarm for 45 minutes before I want to actually get up (6:15)
2. I set a second alarm for 30 minutes after the first (6:45)
The morning of:
1. When my first alarm goes off, I get up and take my pre-workout, then lay back down to sleep
2. When my second alarm goes off, I get up and enjoy my morning apple cider vinegar and water (by this time my pre-workout usually has woken me up)
3. I still have 5-10 minutes before I actually need to get out of bed, I use this time to check emails and catch up on social media
4. Then I get up, get dressed, grab my water, and head for my work out!
Hope this helps turn some not-so-morning people in that direction, being able to come home and do nothing after work is always nice!!
