Bikini Challenge: Day 4

We are entering day 4 of this challenge and I hope you are all feeling great! Week 1 almost complete!! I hope you have been thinking about what fun fitness challenge you will implement this week. The weekend is reserved for the fitness activity of your choice and rest!! This week I am implementing cycle class at a new spin studio near me, I'm pumped!!! I encourage you to try something new! What fun challenge will you do?

Thirsty Thursday Tip:

I always start my mornings off with a cup of hot water mixed with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a slice of lemon then I pep up my afternoons with a nice hot cup of green tea!!!
