You guys are pushing through this week GREAT!! Keep up the hard work!!!
Today I have added in circuit training, changing things up is always fun, and also helps your muscles building not only strength but endurance. Circuit training is meant to be done consecutivley, back to back with minimal rest periods in between each excercise and a small rest period in between each circuit set. I have included some examples of the excercises below for your reference!
REMEMBER you should also removed/changed another aspect of of your diet this week!! All in all you will remove or change 4 things about your diet at the end. Clean eating while allowing yourself a healthy balance will allow you to reach your goals quicker!! I took yogurt out of my diet this week and my lunch time cookies last week. Did you know that eating too much dairy causes stomach bloat!?
