Bikini Challenge: Day 12

As week 2 comes to an end its time we blast those arms with this intense workout! Today's workout targets the three main arm groups and is sure to leave you sweating!! Remember to keep pushing yourself, because no one else will do it for you. Rely on no one but yourself to get you to where you want to be. You can do ANYTHING you put your mind to and I have your back! Week 2 is almost over, don't give up now!!! You've GOT THIS!!!!! Show up and do work!

Your fun fitness challenge is also coming up, what have you chosen to do this weekend? I am attending a Pure Barre class and I look forward to sharing my experience with you!

Just a little insight into next week... In week 3 we will bump the intensity up because, hey, this IS a challenge. We switch up our reps and implement some new ab techniques. I will also be talking to you about gym bag essentials, sharing some new recipes, and its progress pic time!! GET PUMPED!!!
