Fun Fitness Challenge: Pure Barre

I decided to try Pure Barre for my fun fitness challenge this weekend. It was challenging to say the least and I'm not sure if I'll be able to sit down tomorrow!! This workout definitely gave my muscles a run for it!
If you haven't heard of Pure Barre, go to purebarre.com to check them out. During each class you will use small weights, a resistance band, and a small ball to blast your arms, legs, and core with tiny movements. Don't let those little movements fool you!!
Here is a little insight into what a workout entails:
Warm up: Jump right in with a high-energy warm-up.
Sculpt Arms: Sculpt and strengthen your arms with light weights and conditioning.
Tone Thighs: Step up to the ballet barre to tone your thighs.
Lift Seat: Lift and shape your seat with small and precise movements.
Flatten Abs: Define and strengthen your abs with targeted exercises.
Cool Down: Define and strengthen your abs with targeted exercises.

It was tough, but calming at the same time. Head over to Pure Barre and try them out!!!
