Bikini Challenge: Day 16

We are entering the third week of this Bikini Challenge, are you ready? Have you been really pushing yourself? It's time to show up and do work, you've got this!!!

This week we turn it up a notch... We go up in reps and intensity... Day 16...kill it!

Remember to remove/change one additional thing about your diet this week and stay dedicated to your choice.

For this weeks fun fitness challenge I am running a 5k (yes, in this TX heat). What about you?
