Woo hoo for HIIT circuits! This one is sure to get you nice and sweaty. Remember not to break too long in between each set and that a circuit means you go through all the excercises then circle back the beginning for your next set. These excercises can be done with a hand weight, kettlebell, or medicine ball. (I have included examples below of the excerices you may not know) YOU"VE GOT THIS!!!!!
