Bikini Challenge: Day 19

We are entering the last weighted work out of week 3 and I sure hope you all are really pushing yourself. That drive...that push...that’s what gets us where we want to be. Mind over matter....always. Go into your workout with a kick ass attitude and you'll feel so much better afterwards (did I mention toned too!?!)

I hope you all are also being dedicated to your diet change/removal as well. Getting where you want to be isn’t obtained by staying where you are, it requires change. YOU CAN DO IT!!

This weekend for my fun fitness challenge I am running a 5k. I challenge you to do the same. You don't have to enter a race to complete this challenge, go to the park, down your street, somewhere fun, and run 3 miles. If you are unsure of how far 3 miles is, you can use a GPS watch, iPhone app (Map my Run) or your car to clock it. Remember, if you are starting for a specific point and you want to end back there, clock 1.5 miles. This will allow you to run the 1.5 and turnaround to complete the back leg.
