Hello week 4! BRING IT!!!
This week is our last, do you know what that means? FINISH STRONG
Going into our fourth week we ramp up our reps and we superset. Superset means that you complete two excercises back to back with no rest. This type of movement will really dominate and push your muscle. Don't give up, give it your all, keep pushing. I WANT YOU TO KILL IT!!!!
