It's HIIT time again!!!! You guys are rocking week 4, keep it up and finish STRONG!!!! You've got this!!
Do you lack motivation sometimes? There are so many days I get up and just don't feel like working out, or maybe it's because my bed is so comfy. But I remind myself in that moment exactly why I workout. For ME! Working out has become my lifestyle and no matter how I may feel in a single moment, I ALWAYS feel 100 times better afterward a good sweat session. Which completely makes forcing myself into the gym worth every minute. Even so, I sometimes feel like I'm dragging during my workouts and this is why getting yourself pumped up is essential. Make yourself a "Gym" playlist with whatever type of music really gets you in the mood to bring it. This way you won’t waste time in the gym changing songs or surfing your music. I have a specific play list for each type of my workouts, my legs play list is my favorite. If you keep up with my Instagram you know I'm all about a pre-workout dance, Kate Hansen style (if you don't know what I'm talking about YouTube her!). Try it out!
