Bikini Challenge: Day 25

Today we KILL those arms! Push, push, push. Don't wimp out on these reps or super sets. If you are feeling overwhelmed, lighten your weight, but remember you still want it to be tough. If you lighten up too much you aren't going to achieve your full potential

It is important when you do biceps that you lock those elbows in tight to your sides. When you let them swing, this puts your muscle at a partial rest, which means you are not allowing the muscle to be fully worked. You've spent the time to work out, make sure you are receiving the full benefits. Form matters!!

Tomorrow we KILL shoulders for your LAST weighted work of this challenge!! Hope you all have a super fun fitness challenge lined up for this weekend!!!

I am having 6 meals today as I had my normal morning workout followed by an extra ninja workout this evening. This means more fuel for my muscles!!!

I had:

1 Protein shake with egg whites (1 egg)

1/2 C Oatmeal

1 Banana
