Are you ready for 8 weeks of awesome (FREE) workouts, lots of nutrition tips, and a ton of rewarding confidence this summer?
June 13th marks the day we embark on yet another Bikini Challenge. If you have done either of my challenges over the last year then you know what to expect, but if you are new (WELCOME!) here is a quick breakdown!
Each week will consist of:
-- 4 days of intense (weighted) workouts- If you are working out from home, let me know and I will send you an alternative plan!
-- 1 workout of your choice- Each Saturday we take the day to do something active that isn't necessarily in a gym. This also gives you the opportunity to try something new or different that is fun but not lacking in the "get fit" department. I like to cycle, swim, run, dance, crossfit, row, etc.
-- 2 Rest days, because let's be real, bodies and minds need rest!
I will be posting the workouts for you, along with nutrition tips, fancy things, and all of my favorite go to foods.
