Bikini Challenge 2.0 Week 5

Holy AWESOME-NESS, you have made it halfway through the Bikini 2.0 Challenge!!!
During Week 5 we strive for PROGRESS and take things up a notch to really challenge each of those muscle groups. This week we add an extra set into Arms, Legs, and Back/Chest. We also add in one more Ab exercise! Sorry in advance for the sweat and soreness these workouts are sure to bring!
Progress is key!. Progress is anything you do, big or small, to change things into becoming closer to how you want something to be. Whether it's school, work, a relationship, or your fitness and health. There is zero true perfection in life, only what you see as being perfect. You create your own progress, all progress is good progress, and YOU my friend ARE already perfect.
It is important that I point out that each exercise in the set is to be done back to back without a rest (a super set). Each exercise that is to be done with one arm/leg leg needs to be done 10 times per arm/leg etc.
Weight Guide:
Beginner- Body weight (legs)/ 5 lbs (arms)/as described (abs)
Intermediate- 20 lbs (legs)/ 7-10 lbs (arms)/20 reps (abs)
Experienced- 30-40 lbs (legs)/ 10-15 lbs (arms)/30 reps (abs)
