Bikini Challenge 2.0: Week 7

Eeeek, I'm jumping with joy, 6 weeks down and counting! Y'all are doing some serious damage and I am so proud of everything you've accomplished! Eight weeks is A LOT of dedication and yet here you are, down to the last two weeks of this challenge. I hope you all have a major "treat yo self" lined up to celebrate all of your hard work once we wrap things up!
Every single week you make the decision to get up and live a healthy lifestyle through exercise and healthy choices. Staying dedicated and remembering why you started down this path as constant motivation will mean that these decisions ultimately allow you to conquer goals!
Well, this is a new week. Make it COUNT!!!
During week 6 we concentrate on some serious booty + ab gainz with not 1 but 2 days of legs and I choose your ab reps for you, that means NO skimping out. This week is sure to leave you questioning whether sitting down after leg day is a good idea. It's time to use those muscles you've gained over the past six weeks and go heavy too while you're at it. Don't let your mind take over, you've got this!!
Remember to remove or change one thing about your diet, I am removing my daily post lunch cookie. In a way I'm so sad but I'm so happy too. Weird how that works. Bye bye cookie, hello abs.
