Bikini Challenge 2.0: Week 8

What you do today goes forward to tomorrow and beyond! Whether it's kindness, a good deed, healthy choices, or a workout. Each action today is a step forward to tomorrow.

YAAAAASSSSS! You have finally made it. Here we are, week 8, it's bittersweet isn't it!?! I'm sure you've both cursed my name and loved me all in the same week and I'm really so sad that we are wrapping things up. I do have to say, 8 weeks though, not 4, not 6, BUT 8, that's some serious dedication, serious. Now you know you can reach any of your goals, just put your mind to it and stay dedicated, you've got this.

During week 8 we are really going to push it so I need you to step up to the plate and kill it this last week. We add in a little extra OOMPH to really challenge those muscle fibers with extra sets. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it!

Remember to remove or change one thing about your diet, I am removing fruit from my diet and concentrating on snacking with veggies instead!
