Breakfast: Ezekiel Toast with avocado, flax seed, tomatoes, and 1 egg white coupled with an orange and a cup of coffee
Lunch: "Ma the Meatloaf" Turkey meatloaf & broccoli coupled with carrot juice
Snack 1: Silk dairy free yogurt & a banana
Snack 2: Think Thin bar
Hydration: Cold brewed Green tea, BCAA, Antioxidant green tea
Dinner: Miso Salmon, asparagus, & butternut squash noodles
