SURPRISE!!!!!!!!
We received the biggest and best early Christmas present this year, the blessing of life! We are over the moon (and terrified at the same time) to welcome our sweet Baby P into this world in just a few short months.
While fitness has allowed me to help women in so many ways, I have now been blessed with a new calling of becoming a mother. Now I want to help all of the expectant Moms out there stay active and motivated during this wondrous time. I am so excited to share my journey with you all as well as help all the expectant Moms out there, because lets face it, just because our bodies are busy building a human doesn't mean we should give up (completely) on our fitness routine. In fact it's all the more reason to keep trucking along.
Throughout the next few months, I'll be sharing (on Instagram) all of the fun and not so fun wonders of becoming a mother, all while trying to stay in shape despite realistic struggles! Pregnancy can be a beautiful and not so beautiful time, and if you think it's all beautiful your lying or someone is lying to you! Ha!
