Getting through your first trimester can be rough, especially when you are feeling nauseous and tired. Just remember that in the end its ALL worth it and in a few weeks these feelings will subside. Here is a list of the top things that helped me get through my day...

These little candies I found at Target (linked here) and they were easy to throw in my purse and tasted great!

This was my go to stomach soother. Can't go wrong with zero calorie Ginger-Ale! You can find these at most supermarkets, including HEB and Whole Foods (linked here)

Another life saver, peppermint anything! These were easy for on the go and they come in both regular and sugar free!

I know it's not good for your teeth but I tried to crunch on a cup of ice a couple of times a day, this seemed to help soothe my nausea.

Again, anything peppermint seemed to really help! I loved this caffeine free tea. I chose to have my caffeine via coffee in the mornings (up to 300mg is safe but I only had one caffeinated product per day).

Here are 2 other options if you don't drink coffee and want a little caffeine during the day to help with fatigue.

Lastly, crackers! A sleeve of these was usually my dinner before I passed out before 9PM. With night time nausea I probably wouldnt have eaten anything but my doctor suggested that this is when I took my prenatal vitamin so these crackers seemed to help!
