90 Day Challenge - Week 1

Yay for a new year and a new challenge! Follow along with me on my 90 day challenge...

ALL of these workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home and shouldn't take more than 30-45 minutes to complete, including your 5-10 minutes of post workout stretching!

Since I am starting "Week 4" tomorrow, you can find my current workouts each day on Instagram and at the end of the week (each Sunday) I will post them HERE in case you are starting at the beginning! If you want to complete this challenge in the gym, let me know, I'll send you the equipment substitutions! As always, if you have any questions just let me know!

Need Equipment? Here is what I use...

Unsure how to use your resistance bands at home? Google "How to make a door anchor for resistance bands" there are lots of YouTube tutorials with tons of clever ways! I stick my bands through the door jam and stick a water bottle through the loop!
