*The circuit above is to be completed 3x as fast as you can
Do you travel for work? Don't have time to get to a gym? Need a quick am/pm workout in the comfort of your own home?
If any of these apply to you then try out my "Hotel Circuit"! Remember any workout is better than no workout at all.
My "Hotel Circuit" is designed to hit the three major muscle groups (Legs, Arms, and abs) using your own body weight. This circuit will help tone and should give you a good little sweat when a full gym just isn't an option.
These exercises can be done using any of the following:
1. Couch
2. Coffee Table
3. Chair
4. Bed (not too high)
5. Ottoman
If you are unsure of what any of these exercises are, please simply Google it so that you are doing each set efficiently, or contact me and I'll be happy to assist!
I am currently traveling for work, but I never have to get bummed about missing a good workout session at the gym because I know you don't necessarily have to have a gym to make progress!
I enjoy traveling as it kind of subs for a short get away. Yes, its work, but I love what I do! It also allows me to see and experience all sorts of new places. It's a nice quiet time, where I can reflect and focus on me, without the hustle of normal everyday life. I find it refreshing!
Remember, when traveling, it is important to keep up a healthy diet still. Not having access to your own kitchen can be tough (not to mention constantly eating out), but it's very do-able. I bring my own snacks for during the day (Quest bars, green tea, and all of my supplements) and then I make conscious decisions at lunch/dinner and usually stick to salads, chicken, fish, and veggies. Just because you are out of town or attending business lunch/dinner, doesn't mean you have to throw away all of your hard work!
I will be posting the second circuit later on this week! Enjoy!
