Fit & Fancy Fitness: Hotel Workout Circuit 2

*This is to be done 3x as fast as you can

Here is the second circuit to my hotel/at home workout! These 2 circuits are meant to be rotated of course and are super quick!

I was in Georgia this week for work, but I never allowed myself to skip a quick workout sesh, no matter how late it was, or the fact that I had just eaten dinner (if you know me, then you know I hate eating before the gym)! When I'm traveling for work I have dinners to attend, which is hard, because I'm always the only one ordering healthy meals and saying no thank you to drinks. I know that a workout is still in my future before the night ends and that is more important.

No matter what type of restaurant you are eating at, there is always a "healthier" option! Like this super yummy spinach salad with apples, cherries, and in house candied pecans!

I stayed at the cutest little boutique hotel that over looked the river and this adorable train bridge. Such a quaint little college town with so much charm.

Even more exciting, that I got in 4 full days of workouts and I am super happy about my progress. Loving the tone in my shoulders! Progress, Progress!!!
