Bikini Challenge: Day 17

It's LEG DAY!!!! Squat it like it’s HOT!!!

If you haven't implemented the "additional challenge" into your workouts, today would be a great day to start! Not only will it give you that extra oomph but it will build those glutes quicker. Next week, supersets are mandatory as a part of your workout and we throw out the "additional challenge". FEEL THE BURN!!!!

Remember, breakfast is your most important meal of the day. I worked out this morning and had this for breakfast:

Protein shake with egg whites and almond milk

1 Banana

2 Van's Power Grain waffles (10g of PROTEIN in them y'all), no syrup of course

1 Cup of coffee with coconut milk creamer, no added sugar

Make sure to check my Insta throughout the day as I will be posting the rest of my meals/snacks. PLUS we are FIVE, I repeat, FIVE DAYS away from the first Houston episode of American Ninja Warrior. I will be posting the five days of ninja-ness; you won’t want to miss it!!!
